Fluently speaking four languages, he graduated at age seventeen from the world-renowned United World College and then the prestigious Erasmus University of Rotterdam medical school, followed by study at the Mayo Clinic under the guidance of the widely respected Dr. Ian T. Jackson.

After completing his general surgery residency at Providence Hospital, he finalized his surgical training with a two-year plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at one of the top institutions in the country, the Medical College of Wisconsin. Under the guidance of Dr. David L. Larson, Dr. Rademaker honed his art of personal self-improvement, then shared his high standards of excellence and ethics as Chief of Plastic Surgery at three hospitals.

Today, although known primarily as an eminent plastic and reconstructive surgeon, his diverse cultural background, education, training, and personal interests have made him a respected and sought after motivational leader.
